Authorized use

MedicaDentai is provided to approved dental practices and their authorized team members. You must provide accurate account information, protect access credentials, and use only the workspace and records your role permits.

Clinical responsibility

MedicaDentai supports clinical and administrative workflows but does not replace professional judgment. AI-generated findings, summaries, codes, forecasts, and recommendations are not a diagnosis or treatment decision. A qualified clinician remains responsible for reviewing source material, examining the patient, and deciding care.

Clinic responsibilities

• Obtain necessary patient notices, permissions, and consents.
• Ensure users have appropriate professional qualifications and role permissions.
• Verify information before it is used for diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, billing, or patient communication.
• Maintain lawful backups, retention practices, and incident procedures appropriate to the clinic.

Prohibited conduct

• Accessing another clinic or user account without permission.
• Submitting unlawful content, malware, or material you are not authorized to process.
• Attempting to bypass security, usage controls, or role restrictions.
• Representing AI output as a confirmed diagnosis without clinician review.
• Using the service for emergencies or as the sole basis for patient care.

Third-party services

The platform may connect to services such as Google Workspace and configured AI providers. Their availability and terms may affect connected features. MedicaDentai is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Availability, plans, and changes

Features may evolve as clinical, security, and operational requirements change. Paid access, service levels, onboarding commitments, and any additional commercial terms are governed by the applicable order or agreement with the clinic.

Intellectual property

MedicaDentai and its software, design, documentation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Clinics retain responsibility for and rights in the information they are authorized to submit, subject to the permissions needed to provide the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every candidate finding, record extraction, forecast, or integration result will be complete or error-free. Liability limitations and governing terms may be further defined in the clinic's signed order or service agreement.
