The safety boundaries that apply whenever MedicaDentai assists with clinical material.

Intended role
MedicaDentai is an AI-assisted clinical support and practice workflow platform. It helps organize candidate observations, source images, patient-friendly explanations, and administrative records for clinician review.
Not a final diagnosis
AI output may be incomplete, uncertain, or incorrect. It must not be treated as a final diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, or assurance that disease is absent. The clinician must verify every relevant output against the original image, patient history, symptoms, examination, and any additional tests.
Image and data quality
Results depend on the quality, orientation, modality, and completeness of submitted material. Incorrect patient context, poor image quality, cropping, artifacts, or unsupported modalities can reduce reliability.
Patient communication
Patient-facing summaries are communication aids. A clinician should review them before sharing, adapt them to the individual patient, explain uncertainty, and avoid presenting forecasts or costs as guaranteed outcomes.
Emergencies
MedicaDentai is not an emergency service. Urgent symptoms, trauma, swelling, breathing or swallowing difficulty, uncontrolled bleeding, severe pain, or other emergencies require immediate assessment through appropriate local clinical or emergency services.
Reporting concerns
Stop relying on an output when it appears inconsistent with the source material or clinical presentation. Preserve the relevant source, document the concern, and contact MedicaDentai so the issue can be reviewed.
