Privacy Policy
How MedicaDentai handles public enquiries, account information, and clinic-controlled data.
Effective 26 September 2026
Information we receive
We receive information you provide when requesting access, creating an authorized account, contacting us, or using the platform. This may include professional contact details, clinic information, account identifiers, and information submitted by an authorized clinic user.
- Public access requests must not contain patient or clinical information.
- Authorized clinics determine what patient and practice information they enter into their workspace.
- Technical logs may record timestamps, request identifiers, device or browser information, and security events.
How information is used
- Respond to access and onboarding requests.
- Operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the platform.
- Provide clinic-authorized workflows such as radiograph review, records, scheduling, and billing.
- Understand non-identifying public-site usage and improve reliability.
Clinical and AI processing
When an authorized clinic submits clinical material for AI-assisted review, the material is processed only to provide the requested workflow. AI output is decision support, not a final diagnosis, and must be reviewed by a qualified dentist. Clinics are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient permissions and using the platform in accordance with applicable professional and privacy obligations.
Storage and service providers
MedicaDentai runs on Google Cloud. Depending on clinic configuration, authorized clinic records may also be stored in clinic-controlled Google Drive, Sheets, or Calendar resources. We may use carefully selected infrastructure and AI service providers only as needed to operate the service.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate MedicaDentai, with the clinic that controls the relevant workspace, when required by law, or to protect users and the service.
Retention and security
Access-request information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for onboarding, business records, security, and legal obligations. Clinic information is retained according to the applicable clinic arrangement and configuration. We apply technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete public enquiry information by contacting us. Requests involving clinic-controlled patient records should be directed to the clinic responsible for that record. Rights may vary by location.
